Home inspection will be performed in
accordance with the ASTTBC Standards of Inspection. As the industry standard, home inspection is a visual inspection preformed by direct observation of existing conditions. However, my company goes far beyond this. We are equipped with infrared image camera, moisture detector, combustible gas detector, laser level, polarity tester, digital multi-meter, etc...
With the help of the technical equipment, we are able to locate more defects than the bare eyes.

INFRARED CAMERA VS EYE TO SEE THROUGH
During regular visual inspection, you don't know what happened behind the surface. With the infrared camera, it is possible to locate the defects behind the drywall, inside the floor. Water leakage, electricity short-cut, any defect that makes temperature difference will be catched (conditions apply).
